中小企业融资租赁授信与企业高管的关系——基于A公司案例的研究

由于中小企业管理制度的不健全、管理结构的不完善,企业的高管往往是企业的最大股东,同时也是对企业的建立和发展起了重要影响的人。中小企业融资租赁授信的过程中,企业高管的重要作用引起了各方机构和学者的关注。本文用A公司作为案例,从高管的个人基本情况、经营管理能力、个人资产和各方评价四个方面,分析了企业高管对融资租赁授信的影响,最后呼吁承租人优化管理结构,呼吁出租人重视高管的重要作用,同时提出了有效利用高管的重要地位,正确评判企业资质,并给予恰当的授信的方法。

Because of the imperfect management system and imperfect management structure, executives of enterprises are often the biggest shareholders of enterprises, and they also play an important role in the establishment and development of enterprises. In the process of SME financing lease credit, the important role of enterprise executives has aroused the attention of various institutions and scholars. This paper uses A company as a case, from the four aspects of basic personal information,executive management ability, personal assets and parties evaluation, analysis of the impact of corporate executives on credit financing lease, the lessee last call optimization management structure, an important role for the lessor pay attention to executives, and puts forward the effective use of the important position of executives the correct method, evaluation of enterprise qualification, and give appropriate credit.
