论女大学生敬业精神的培养

女大学是一个特殊的群体,她们作为社会知识教育的高层,却面临着严峻的就业问题,这是社会性别歧视的结果。这种情况下,培养女大学生的敬业精神显得尤为重要,不仅能帮助女大学生树立正确的就业观念,弘扬社会主义核心价值观,也利于社会和谐发展。笔者在探讨女大学生敬业精神培养重要性的同时,也从学校、社会、自我三个方面探讨了女大学生敬业精神培养的途径。

Female university students are special groups, who in the upper level of education, but faced with heavy employment pressure. And the sexualgender discrimination is the main reason. Under these circumstances, training professional spirit appears especially important for female university students, which help the female university students to establish the correct employment outlook, carry forward the socialist core values, conducive to the harmonious development of society. The author discuss the importance of training professional spirit of female university students. At the same time, the author discussed the training way from university, society and oneself of female university students' professional dedication.
