摘要
依据教育部在2012年出台的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,分层随机选择长沙5个区、县的476名教师为研究对象,从专业理念与师德、专业知识和专业能力三个维度对不同级别、不同性质幼儿园教师专业素质现状进行调查和原因探析。从地方政府、幼儿园教师培养院校、幼儿园、幼儿园教师等四个主体角度提出建议,旨在促进缩小不同层次的差距,提升整体的教学质量,保证教育资源的公平合理分配。
On the basis of "kindergarten teachers' professional standards(Trial)" in 2012 the Ministry of Education, 476 teachers randomly choose Changsha 5 districts and counties as the research object, from the three dimensions of professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability of different level and status of kindergarten teachers' professional qualities and the different nature of investigation the reason. From four aspects of local government, kindergarten teachers training institutions, kindergartens, kindergarten teachers and other suggestions, aims to promote narrowing the gap between different levels, improve the overall quality of teaching, ensure fair and equitable allocation of educational resources.
