产教融合视域下高校海洋人才培养路径探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Cultivation Path of Ocean Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

加快建设海洋强国背景下,高校发展海洋学科建设,创新海洋人才培养模式,推进海洋人才教育工作具有重要意义。但是,高校海洋人才培养的数量与质量,仍然跟不上社会需求,如何培养高层次海洋专门人才成为了高校亟待解决的课题。本文基于"产教融合"的理念,从山东某高校海洋人次培养的现状调查研究入手,分析当前高校海洋人才教育产教融合面临的问题,探索产教融合视域下高校海洋人才培养新路径。

Under the background of accelerating the construction of a maritime power,it is of great significance for universities to develop marine disciplines,innovate marine talent training models,and promote marine talent education.However,the quantity and quality of marine talent training in colleges and universities still cannot keep up with social needs.How to cultivate high-level marine professionals has become an urgent task for colleges and universities.Based on the concept of"integration of production and education",this paper starts with the investigation and research on the current situation of marine personnel training in a university in Shandong,analyzes the problems faced by the current integration of education and education of marine talent education in colleges and universities,and explores a new path for the cultivation of marine talents in colleges and universities under the perspective of integration of production and education.
