摘要 传统教学经验中,教师为了一味追求高升学率,会在课程内容设置、课堂活动安排等方面设置统一标准,过分追求整齐划一,导致教学目标偏离大多数学生的接收能力范围,教学效果自然不甚理想。近年来,因材施教理念在各中学广泛普及,教师的教学观念和学生的学习模式均在潜移默化中发生改变,学生的个体性被放大突出,这就为层次性教学奠定了基础。本文的立足点在于初中教学设置层次化原则的必要性和重要性,并以初中数学教学为切入点,重点剖析了如何在初中数学教学中采用分层教学法打造高效课堂,以期为我国的教育实践提供参考。 In the traditional teaching experience,in order to blindly pursue the high rate of higher education,teachers will set uniform standards in terms of curriculum content setting and classroom activity arrangement,and excessive pursuit of uniformity,leading to the deviation of teaching objectives from the acceptance ability of most students.The teaching effect is not very ideal.In recent years,the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude has been widely used in various middle schools.The teaching concept of teachers and the learning mode of students have changed in a subtle way.The individuality of students has been enlarged and highlighted,which laid the foundation for hierarchical teaching.The foothold of this paper lies in the necessity and importance of the hierarchical principle of junior high school teaching.Taking the junior high school mathematics teaching as the starting point,the paper focuses on how to use the layered teaching method to create an efficient classroom in junior high school mathematics teaching,in order to provide reference for our education practice.
