摘要
对河南省卢氏县研究发现:区域的自然环境、师资配置、教育资源配置及家长结构等因素严重制约区域基础教育不均衡发展,致使学科结构失衡,优质教育资源难以共享,教师职业活力受限,校园文化缺失。而拓宽供给侧渠道、用"区块链"弥补短板、走内涵式发展之路等切实可行的方法,助推了区域基础教育的均衡发展,同时,跟进的常态化与动态化、优化有效供给侧结构、培养一专多能的本土教师等问题需要进一步完善与深化改革。
The research report on Lushi County of Henan Province shows:there are main reasons for unbalance development of regional basic education,such as natural environment,teacher allocation,education resource distribution and the structure of parents.Sadly,these factors lead to unbalance of discipline structure.Also,the resources of high quality education are difficult to share.In addition,teachers'improvement and professional vitality are limited.Last but not least,these factors result in lack of campus culture.So,we must widen the channels of Supply-side reforms,make up for weak points with blockchain and take the way of connotative development to improve the balanced development of compulsory education.But,those problems must closely rely on the further improvement and deepening of reform,follow-up normalization and dynamics and effective supplies included.In the meanwhile,emphasis is to be laid on training of native teachers with one specialty as well as other abilities.
