2013年,习近平总书记首次提出"精准扶贫"思想,这要求我国高校要在"精准扶贫"的大背景下探索出一条适应实际情况的"精准资助育人模式"。在感恩励志教育主题下,建立完善受资助大学生公益服务活动长效参与机制是当前我国高校以习近平新时代中国国特色社会思想为指导,在精准资助育人层面实现全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人,为中国特色社会主义伟大事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要举措。

In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of“precise poverty alleviation”for the first time.This requires that Chinese universities should explore a“precisely funded education model”that adapts to the actual situation in the context of“precise poverty alleviation”.Under the theme of grateful and inspirational education,the establishment of a longterm participation mechanism for the funded college students'public service activities is the current guidance of the Chinese colleges and universities in the new era of Xi Jinping's social characteristics,and achieves full-education and full-process education in the precise funding of education people,all-round education,and important measures to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
