医学生就业意向的调查及对策探究

Investigation on the Employment Intention of Medical Students and Countermeasures

由于目前我国高等教育的跨越式发展,高等医学生就业形势日益激烈,所以高等院校医学生就业压力成为当今社会关注的核心问题之一。本文采用调查问卷的方法,调查全过程教学临床实习及就业意向,并对结果进行汇总分析,结果显示医学医学本科生就业的形势很严峻等问题,同时针对临床医学生存在的就业问题进行探究。

Due to the leaping development of higher education in China and the increasingly fierce employment situation of higher medical students,the employment pressure of medical students in higher education institutions has become one of the core issues of concern in today's society.In this paper,the questionnaire surveymethod is used to investigate the clinical internship and employment intentions of the whole process,and the results are summarized and analyzed.The results show that the employment situation of medical undergraduates is very serious,and the employment problems in clinical medicine are explored.
