随着研究生招生规模不断扩大,跨专业硕士研究生队伍愈发壮大,其专业适应情况会对他们自身发展、社会发展产生深远影响。本文从跨专业硕士研究生专业适应的现状及造成差异原因入手,探索提高跨学科硕士研究生专业适应性的路径,以期促进跨专业硕士研究生更好的适应专业学习。

With the scale of graduate enrollment expanding,interdisciplinary postgraduates’team is growing.The adaptation of their major will have a far-reaching influence on their own development and social development.In order to promote interdisciplinary master graduate students to better adapt to professional learning,this thesis starts with the current situation of major adaptation of interdisciplinary masters and the reasons for the differences,exploring ways to improve the adaptability of interdisciplinary master programs.
