摘要
针对"食品分析实验"课程特点,将合作讨论教学法引入到实验教学环节中。分析了合作讨论教学法对实验课程教学的必要性,设计了合作讨论教学法在"食品分析实验"教学中的实施过程和方案,有助于提高教学效果。
In view of the characteristics of the 'Food Analysis Experiment' course, the cooperative discussion teaching method was introduced into the experimental teaching link. The necessity of the cooperative discussion teaching method for the experimental course teaching is analyzed, and the implementation process and plan of the cooperative discussion teaching method in the teaching of 'food analysis experiment' are designed to help improve the teaching effect.
