摘要
中小学教师如何立足于学生的个性差异,设计具有弹性化的教学方案。这既是全面提升教学质量的重要途径,也是实现教育公平的关键所在。本文旨通过测查学生的知识水平、学习动机、学习风格来了解学生间的整体差异,并以此为前提,设计梯度式教学目标,适度调整教学内容,安排递层式的学习任务,采取分层学习与弹性分组相结合的教学方法,以及多元多维的教评价策略。促进每个学生在原有基础上得到最大程度的发展。
How do primary and secondary school teachers design flexible teaching programs based on students’personality differences?This is not only an important way to improve the quality of teaching in an all-round way,but also the key to achieve educational equity.The purpose of this paper is to understand the overall differences among students by examining their knowledge level,learning motivation and learning style.On this basis,gradient teaching objectives are designed,teaching contents are moderately adjusted,hierarchical learning tasks are arranged,teaching methods combining hierarchical learning with flexible grouping are adopted,and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation strategies are adopted.Promote the maximum development of each student on the original basis.
