高校心理教育现状及未来发展趋势

The Current Situation and Future Development Trend of Psychological Education in Colleges and Universities

在最近几年来,我国高校教育水平提高迅猛,心理教育事业也得到了快速的发展。然而,由于我国的高等教育事业仍处于发展中阶段,因此在现有的高校心理教育体系中仍然存在着很多问题,基于此,本篇文章结合高校心理教育现状与笔者自身经验提出了几点可行性较高的发展建议,其中包括积极转变高校心理教育理念、尽快实现教育方法与教育目标的和谐统一、全面落实各类心理服务以及积极优化心理教育队伍等等,以期能够达到抛砖引玉的作用。

In recent years,the level of education in China’s colleges and universities has improved rapidly,and the cause of psychological education has also developed rapidly.However,as China’s higher education is still in the development stage,there are still many problems in the existing college psychological education system.Based on this,this article combines the current situation of college psychological education with the author’s own experience and puts forward some feasible.Highlydeveloped development proposals,including actively changing the concept of psychological education in colleges and universities,realizing the harmonious integration of educational methods and educational goals,comprehensively implementing various types of psychological services,and actively optimizing the psychological education team,etc.,in order to achieve the role of inspiring.
