摘要
幼儿教师作为学前教育实践的中坚力量,是发展高水平学前教育的关键,高校学前教育专业学生作为幼师的主要储备人才已得到应有的重视。但是,部分学生毕业后不从事幼教工作,造成了学前教育人力资源短缺。本研究采用质的研究方法,通过深度访谈,从生态系统理论视角探析高校学前教育专业学生毕业流失的具体心路历程。
As the backbone of preschool education practice,preschool teachers are the key to the development of high-level preschool education.As the main reserve talents of preschool teachers,students majoring in preschool education in colleges and universities have received due attention.However,some students do not engage in preschool education after graduation,resulting in a shortage of human resources in preschool education.This study uses qualitative research methods,through indepth interviews,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,to explore the specific psychological process of the graduation loss of college students majoring in preschool education.
