精准扶贫视角下高校资助育人工作的实践与思考

精准扶贫思想的提出为当今高校学生资助工作指出了新的发展思路和方向,高校资助育人工作即是人才培养的重要部分,又是促进教育公平的重要保证。现如今在高校资助育人工作中,仍存在贫困学生资助等级认定机制不够健全、资助方式单一、被资助学生心理健康状况被忽略等问题。这就需要高校以"精准扶贫"为指导方针,从创新资助育人理念,建立健全高校资助育人体系,更新资助内容和方法,关注资助对象的心理问题等方面进行改进,以符合资助当代大学生的工作体系。

The idea of precise poverty alleviation has pointed out a new way of thinking and direction for the development of student aid in colleges and universities,which is an important part of personnel training and an important guarantee for promoting educational equity.Nowadays,in the work of subsidized education in Colleges and universities,there are still some problems,such as the insufficient recognition mechanism of subsidized grade for poor students,the single mode of subsidization,and the neglect of the mental health status of subsidized students.This requires colleges and universities to take'precise poverty alleviation'as the guiding principle,innovate the concept of subsidized education,establish and improve the system of subsidized education in colleges and universities,update the content and methods of subsidized education,and pay attention to the psychological problems of subsidized objects,so as to conform to the work system of subsidizing contemporary college students.
