高校师范生顶岗实习的探索研究

Exploration and Research on Post Practice of Normal University Students

师范生顶岗实习是传统教育实习的一种创新模式,对教育事业改革具有重大现实意义。根据师范生顶岗实习过程中存在诸多问题,针对这些问题提出对策,为地方高师院校深入开展顶岗实习和强化教学实践环节供借鉴,以推动教师教育事业的健康持续发展。

Teachers’post practice is an innovative mode of traditional education practice,which has great practical significance for the reform of education.According to the problems existing in the process of teacher-training students’internship,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems,which can provide references for local normal colleges to carry out internship and strengthen teaching practice,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of teacher education.
