摘要
采用拖延问卷(中学生版)、青少年时间管理倾向量表和成就动机量表,对随机抽取的辽宁省某城市247名中学生进行测试。经过相关分析显示,学习拖延中的失败恐惧维度与时间管理中的各个维度均存在负相关,与成就动机中的追求成功维度存在负相关;学习拖延中的任务厌恶维度与成就动机中的避免失败维度存在显著正相关。时间管理倾向在中学生学习拖延和成就动机之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的34.06%。成就动机不仅可以直接影响学习拖延,还可以通过时间管理倾向间接对其产生影响。
247 middle school students in a city of Liaoning Province were tested with the Delay Questionnaire(Middle School Edition),Time Management Tendency Scale and Achievement Motivation Scale.Relevant analysis shows that the dimensions of fear of failure in learning procrastination are negatively correlated with all dimensions of time management,and negatively correlated with the dimension of pursuing success in achievement motivation.The dimension of task aversion in learning procrastination is positively correlated with the dimension of avoiding failure in achievement motivation.Time management disposition plays a mediating role between learning procrastination and achievement motivation of middle school students,and the mediating effect accounts for 34.06%of the total effect.Achievement motivation can not only directly affect learning procrastination,but also indirectly affect it through time management disposition.
