Innovative Research on Administration Work in Colleges and Universities in the New Period

受高校扩招的影响,新时期高校行政管理工作出现了许多新局面和新情况,因此迫切需要创新管理理念和模式,对其中存在的不足与亟待解决的问题进行整理与总结,探索高校行政管理工作创新的有效途径。本文从当前高校行政管理工作的现实环境着手,分析我国高校行政管理工作现状,并提出了一些应对策略,希望能够在不断创新与丰富中实现更大意义上的创新发展。

Influenced by the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,there are many new situations and situations in the administration work of colleges and universities in the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to innovate the management concept and mode,to sort out and summarize the shortcomings and problems that need to be solved,and to explore effective ways of innovation in the administration work of colleges and universities.Starting from the realistic environment of the current administrative work in colleges and universities,this paper analyses the current situation of the administrative work in colleges and universities in China,and puts forward some countermeasures,hoping to achieve more innovative development in the continuous innovation and enrichment.
