An Analysis on the Necessity of Pre-competition Training to Improve Young University Teachers’ Teaching Competition Quality

青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军,青年教师的教学能力是影响高校教学质量的关键。为提升青年教师教学能力和水平,加强青年教师交流学习,学校积极组织青年教师教学竞赛,并在竞赛前为参赛教师安排两个阶段的赛前培训。本文从赛前培训的方式出发,分析赛前培训对高校青年教师教学竞赛质量的影响。

Young teachers are the main force of university teachers,and their teaching ability is the key to the quality of university teaching.In order to improve young teachers’teaching ability,to strengthen their exchange learning,the university actively organizes teaching competitions and also arranges two stages of pre-competition training for the participating teachers.This paper studies precompetition training methods to analyze the influence of pre-training on young university teachers’teaching competition.
