幼儿教师环境创设能力提升的个案研究

摘要 幼儿教师作为幼儿园环境创设的参加者,在环境创设中占有着举足轻重的地位。本文以山东省东营市某幼儿园为例,通过问卷法对幼儿教师的环境创设能力进行调查,发现幼儿教师在环境创设的过程中还存在着教师对环境创设理念了解不够深入,易忽视物质环境与精神环境的创设协调性等问题。解决这些问题,需要教育主管部门、幼杼儿-.园管理者、幼儿教师、家庭及社区多方面的共同努力,以提高幼儿教师环境创设的能力。 As a participant in kindergarten environment creation,kindergarten teachers play an important role in environment creation.Taking a kindergarten in Dongying City of Shandong Province as an example,this paper investigates the kindergarten teachers’ability of environmental creation through questionnaires,and finds that kindergarten teachers still have some problems in the process of environmental creation,such as the lack of in-depth understanding of the concept of environmental creation by teachers,and the neglect of the coordination between the creation of material environment and the creation of spiritual environment.To solve these problems,we need the joint efforts of education authorities,kindergarten administrators,kindergarten teachers,families and communities in order to improve the ability of kindergarten teachers to create environment.
