“旅游心理学”课程教学模式的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Teaching Mode of "Tourism Psychology"

在我国开设有旅游管理专业或酒店管理专业的高等院校一般都设置有'旅游心理学'课程,目前绝大多数院校对该课程教学模式较为单一,基本以课堂讲授为主,对其他教学方法的运用不足,一定程度上降低了该课程教学效果。本文通过对当前教学模式存在的问题着手,进而提出综合性的、多方法的教学模式,实现'旅游心理学'课程教学模式的创新发展,提升学生在该课程获得知识的兴趣和效果,学会运用旅游心理学理论分析和解决旅游服务中遇到的心理学问题。

'Tourism Psychology'is generally offered in colleges and universities with tourism management or hotel management majors in our country.At present,the teaching mode of this course is relatively single in most colleges and universities,which mainly focuses on classroom teaching.The application of other teaching methods is insufficient,which reduces the teaching effect to a certain extent.Based on the problems existing in the current teaching mode,this paper puts forward a comprehensive and multi-method teaching mode,realizes the innovative development of the teaching mode of'Tourism Psychology',enhances the students’interest and effect in acquiring knowledge in the course,and learns to use the theory of Tourism Psychology to analyze and solve the psychological problems encountered in tourism service.
