精神分裂症患者服药依从性影响因素的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Influencing Factors of Medication Compliance in Schizophrenic Patients

目的:深入了解影响精神分裂症患者服药依从性的因素。方法:采用现象学研究的方法埢,-选.取8例具有复发史的精神分裂症患者进行半结构访谈,采用现象学资料7步分析法整理资料。结果:患者服药依从性影响因素为对疾病认知不足及担心他人眼光等患者自身因素;家庭、社会及治疗环境因素;用药周期长、疾病易复发及药物副作用大等治疗因素以及经济因素。结论:自身因素、环境因素、治疗与经济因素影响精神分裂症患者的用药依从性,需加强健康教育,提高患者、家庭及社会对疾病的认知,并改善家庭、社会及治疗环境,提供有效的情感与经济支持,提高患者服药依从性。

Objective:To understand the factors influencing the medication compliance of schizophrenic patients.Methods:Eight schizophrenic patients with relapse history were selected for semi-structured interviews by phenomenological method,and the data were collated by 7-step analysis of phenomenological data.Results:The factors influencing the compliance of patients were self-factors,family,social and treatment environment factors,treatment factors and economic factors,such as insufficient knowledge of disease and worrying about other people’s eyes,long medication cycle,easy recurrence of disease and large side effects of drugs.Conclusion:Self-factors,environmental factors,treatment and economic factors affect the medication compliance of schizophrenic patients.Health education should be strengthened to improve the awareness of patients,families and society about the disease,and to improve the family,society and treatment environment,to provide effective emotional and economic support,and to improve the medication compliance of patients.
