Research on the Mechanism of Full-time Postgraduate Students’ Practical Competence Improvement

实践能力提升是当前全日制专业学位研究生培养面临的重要问题。实践能力包括环境适应、环境改造和环境选择等能力。我国全日制专业学位研究生实践能力培养方面存在培养方案和课程设置的实践性不突出、师资缺乏行业经验、实践基地建设滞后、学位论文应用性和实践性不足等问题。本文针对这四个方面提出了改进机制。

The improvement of practical ability is an important problem in the cultivation of full-time postgraduates.Practical capabilities include environmental adaptation,environmental transformation and environmental selection.There are some problems in the practice ability training of full-time postgraduates in our country,such as the lack of practice in the cultivation plan and curriculum setting,the lack of professional experience for the teachers,the lag in the construction of practice base,the lack of application and practicality of dissertation.This paper puts forward the improvement mechanism from these four aspects.
