摘要
在我校'省部共建'背景下,化学学科作为我省A类优势学科,如何更好的彰显师范专业的'化学特色',是提高人才培养质量的迫切要求。化学化工学院以河南省教师教育改革为契机,在化学专业小班化的框架下进行了优秀中学化学教师培养模式的初步探索和实践,明确了地方师范院校中学化学教师培养的目标,夯实化学师范生知识体系的理论基础的同时,多方位的实践过程有效地提高了师范生的综合教师素养,构建了高校与中学间的校地协同育人模式。
Under the background of'co-construction of between Henan province and the ministry of education'in our school and chemistry as a class A advantage subject in our province,it is an urgent requirement to improve the quality of talents training that how to better demonstrate the chemical characteristics of teachers’education.Taking the reform of teachers’education in Henan Province as an opportunity,School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering carried out preliminary exploration and practice of the training model of excellent middle school chemistry teachers under the framework of small class of the chemistry major.The goal of training middle school chemistry teachers in local normal colleges was clearly defined;the theoretical foundation of the knowledge system of students was further enhanced.Meanwhile,the comprehensive teacher’s quality of normal students was effectively improved through the multi-directional practice,and the mode of collaborative education between universities and middle schools was constructed.
