浅谈高校师德师风建设

On the Construction of Teachers’ Morality and Style in Colleges and Universities

高校教师是人类文明的重要传播者,也是培养人才的先行导师,常被喻为'人类灵魂的工程师'。其职责不仅仅在于传递基本知识与能力,更有责任授予青年人做人的的基本原则与处事的基本态度。因此,高校教师的师德师风建设是一项重大且长久的伟大工程。近日,教育部印发了《新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则》,明确了新时代教师职业规范,再次申明了教师基本底线,要深化师德师风建设。本文积极顺应新时代的发展要求,针对当前高校师德师风建设中出现的一些问题,提出看法与解决对策。以期望高校的师德师风建设可以与时俱进、有条不紊的开展,让高校教师更好地为学生服务。

Teachers in colleges and universities are important disseminators of human civilization and pioneer mentors of training talents,often referred to as'engineers of human soul'.Its duty is not only to transfer basic knowledge and abilities,but also to confer on young people the basic principles and attitudes of doing things.Therefore,the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities is a great and long-term project.Recently,the Ministry of Education issued the'Ten Guidelines for the Professional Behavior of College Teachers in the New Era',which clarifies the professional norms of teachers in the new era,and affirms the basic bottom line of teachers again,so as to deepen the construction of teachers’ethics and style.This paper actively conforms to the development requirements of the new era,and puts forward some opinions and solutions to some problems in the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities.It is hoped that the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities can keep pace with the times and develop in an orderly manner,so that university teachers can better serve students.
