我国义务教育督导制度的变革新要求——基于中英两国的比较与启示

New Requirements for the Reform of the Supervision System of Compulsory Education in China——Based on the comparison and enlightenment between China and Britain

当前,我国义务教育发展水平呈现出稳步提升的态势,义务教育督导对于监督和保障我国义务教育水平起着举足轻重的作用。英国作为世界上最早建立教育督导制度的国家之一,其教育督导制度的发展较为完善,值得其他国家借鉴。本文通过阅读文本并结合文献的梳理,系统分析了中英两国教育督导制度的相关政策文本,从而为我国相关制度提供发展的经验和启示。

At present,the development level of compulsory education in our country is steadily improving.The supervision of compulsory education plays an important role in supervising and guaranteeing the level of compulsory education in our country.As one of the earliest countries in the world to establish educational supervision system,Britain’s educational supervision system is relatively perfect and worth learning from other countries.Through reading the text and combing the literature,this paper systematically analyses the relevant policy texts of education supervision system in China and Britain,so as to provide experience and enlightenment for the development of China’s relevant system.
