Innovative Path of College Student Management under the Background of Big Data

大数据的广泛应用为社会发展带来了巨大的挑战和机遇,也对高校学生管理工作产生了巨大的影响。高校作为培育学生思想文化的重要阵地,要密切关注大数据背景对于学生管理工作的影响,帮助学生发展跟紧信息技术发展的步伐。就此本文首先分析了大数据技术应用在高校学生管理的作用,随后找出了大数据背景下高校学生管理所面临的问题,最后针对学生管理现阶段所面临的问题提出了几项创新路径,旨在促进大数据技术得到有效应用,以此实现高校学生管理工作创新发展。

The wide application of big data has brought tremendous challenges and opportunities for social development,and also has a tremendous impact on the management of College students.As an important position to cultivate students’ideology and culture,colleges and universities should pay close attention to the influence of big data background on students’management work,and help students develop and keep pace with the development of information technology.This paper first analyses the application of big data technology in university student management,then finds out the problems faced by university student management under the background of big data,and finally puts forward some innovative ways to solve the problems faced by students management at the present stage,aiming to promote the effective application of big data technology,so as to realize the innovative development of university student management.
