Ways to Improve College Counselors’ Entrepreneurship Guidance Ability

在这个重视高校学生创业能力教育的时代,高校辅导员在对学生的创业能力培养过程中发挥着重大作用。高校辅导员是大学生创业的启发者,是创业信息的传播者,是创业活动的组织者,也是全面提升学生创业能力的教育者。目前,我国高校辅导员的创业指导工作还存在一些现状问题,应采取适当措施进行解决,来提升高校辅导员的创业指导能力。本文就高校辅导员创业指导能力的提升路径进行探究分析。

In this era of emphasizing entrepreneurship education for college students,college counselors play an important role in the process of cultivating students’entrepreneurship.College counselors are the enlighteners of college students’entrepreneurship,the disseminators of entrepreneurship information,the organizers of entrepreneurship activities,and the educators who comprehensively enhance students’entrepreneurship ability.At present,there are still some problems in the guidance of college counselors’entrepreneurship in China,and appropriate measures should be taken to improve the guidance ability of college counselors’entrepreneurship.This paper explores and analyses the ways to improve the entrepreneurial guidance ability of college counselors.
