新时代大学生劳动观念现状调查与分析——以江西某高校为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Present Situation of College Students’ Labor Concept in the New Era——Taking a university in Jiangxi Province as an example

课题以江西某高校为研究对象,对新时代大学生劳动观念的现状进行了调查分析。调查发现新时代大学生的劳动观念基本形成,能理智看待社会上的不良现象;在纷繁复杂的融媒体时代,能更多的认同主流价值观;在学生的劳动参与度方面,男女之间、是否是独生子女、来自城镇与农村、高年级与低年级、家庭贫困或富裕等方面存在显著性差异。建议从家庭、社会、学校和个人四个维度加强劳动教育引导,学校劳动教育要多部门联动。

Taking a university in Jiangxi Province as the research object,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of College Students’labor concept in the new era.The survey found that college students’labor concepts have basically formed,and they can look rationally at the undesirable phenomena in society.In the complex times of media convergence,they can more identify with the mainstream values.In terms of students’labor participation,there are significant differences on the variables of gender,only child or not,city and country,grade,family economic condition,etc.It is suggested that the guidance of labor education should be strengthened from the four dimensions of family,society,school and individual,and school labor education should be multi-department linkage.
