摘要 成人教育学生由于半工半读,在学习过程中经常遇到难以克服的工学矛盾,致使学习效果大大折损,为了适应成人学员的工学现状,适应和探索一条提高成教学员学习效果的路径,以上海电大普陀分校为例,尝试对部分学员进行小组合作学习,并且与普陀区部分街道社区学校建设实践基地,密切社区管理、行政管理等专业学生学习理论与实践的联系,从而达到学以致用提高学习效果的目的! The adult education student,because the part time:in the learning process,often encountered difficult to overcome contradiction,the learning effect technology greatly wreck a,in order to meet adult students in engineering,to adapt to the situation and explore the improve student learning resource in the path of the effect of TV university,with Shanghai as an example,try to putuo on part of the team learning,and part of the community school construction putuo district practice base,close community anagement and administrative management professional students learning theory and practice of contact,so as to achieve the purpose of application to improve learning effect!
