本文探析了工学结合人才培养模式下高职国际贸易专业"双师素质"教师的内涵,从构建师资认证机制、考核激励机制、继续教育机制三个方面提出了促进高职国际贸易专业"双师素质"教师队伍建设的对策。

This article analyzes that the connotation of 'Double-Typed' Teachers in International Trade major based on the vocational training model combining work and study,and the promotion of 'Double Quality' Teachers from teacher certification system,assessment and incentives,continuing education.
