摘要 目前,职业院校教师培训存在以下问题:受训教师对在职培训认识不足,参与度不高;培训内容脱节,过于统一,缺乏针对性;在职培训方式单调、落后;在职培训评估欠缺,培训反馈不良。这些问题的产生有教师自身的因素,也有外部因素的影响。对此,应该健全培训政策与制度、明确培训目标、设置有价值的培训内容、采用实效的培训方式、结合多渠道的培训途径、运用有效的鼓励机制、重视考核与评价环节。 At present,vocational teacher training exposed the following questions:trained teachers,lack of knowledge on the job training,participation is not high;training out of touch,too uniform,the lack of relevance;-the-job training methods monotonous,backward;lack of job training assessment,training,poor feedback.Of these problems are the factors teachers themselves,and external factors.In this regard,it should improve the training policy and system,a clear training objectives,set the value of training,the use of effective training methods,combined with the training of multi-channel approach,the use of effective incentives,attention to assessment and evaluation process.
