摘要
在我国目前的条件下,小学普遍开设英语课缺乏充足的理论依据和坚实的现实条件。因此,笔者对目前在我国小学普遍开设英语课的合理性提出质疑,本文从理论和现实层面对其加以探讨与论证,并针对目前现实状况提出建议。
At present,it still lacks of adequate theoretical foundation and solid practical conditions for the general provision of English courses in elementary schools nationwide in China.Therefore,it is questionable to the rationality of offering English courses to all the elementary school students.Then the present paper proves it from both the theoretical and the practical aspects.And according to the practical conditions,the author puts forward some suggestions.
