摘要
本文简要论述了以实施大学生创新活动计划项目为载体,构建创新人才培养模式、氛围和机制的思路,探讨了开展大学生创新活动计划项目及其教学改革的实践,分析了实施中所存在的有关问题,提出了对策。
This paper briefly discusses the implementation of the university innovation projects as a carrier,build innovative training model,atmosphere,and the mechanism of ideas,innovative activities of the college students and teaching reform projects practice,analysis of the implementation issues existed,proposed countermeasures.
