班级是我国班级授课制中最基本的单位,班级也是学生个体学习的微观环境。而班主任是班级的最直接的管理者,所以班主任必须清楚地知道自己接受一个班级后对班级管理的目的。其实班级管理的目的是为了最大限度的发挥它正面性;同时最大限度的消除其负面性。
