摘要
我国的中小学校长培训已经有20多年的历史,已初步建立起了培训课程体系,但仍存在着内容过于理论等突出问题。本文在分析了中小学校长培训课程存在的问题后,提出了一系列针对性的改进策略。
The history of China's principals training have more than 20 years,a training course system has initially been established.But there are still outstanding issues.For example,the content is too theoretical.Based on the analysis of primary and secondary school principals training courses problems,this article proposes a series of targeted improvement strategies.
