摘要
学生骨干队伍是高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分,发挥着不可替代的作用,使用现代人力资源管理的理念来选拔和培养高校学生骨干,具有很强的实际应用价值。文章探讨了SWOT分析法、人员素质测评法和三维归因理论在学生骨干选拔中的具体应用。
Cadre of students are an important part of college students management,play an irreplaceable role in the use of modern concepts of human resource management selection and training of college students to the backbone,has a strong practical value.This paper discusses the SWOT analysis,quality of personnel evaluation method and three-dimensional attribution theory in the selection of students in the specific application.
