大学的利益相关者有教师、学生、管理人员、政府和社会等。大学在当前的治理中存在一些问题和不足,从利益相关者的视角对此找到了一些解决对策,主要有:强化大学核心利益相关者的权力制衡;大学治理过程中承担起对学生更多的责任并让学生参与大学治理;社会公众和政府要加大对大学的监督;大学治理的目的是更好地为国家和社会服务。

University is a typical stakeholder organization, including core stakeholder, important stakeholder, indirect sta-keholder and marginal stakeholder. The university exist some problems in the current management. We have find some so-lutions from the perspective of stakeholders, including to strengthen the checks and balances of the university core stakehol-ders, assume more responsibility to students and let students participate in the process of university governance, Social public and the government should strengthen the supervision of the university, the purpose of university governance is to provide better service to the state and society.
