基于中高职衔接的旅游管理专业人才培养研究

Research on Tourism Management Professionals Training Based on the Convergence of Secondary Vocational School and Higher Vocational College

作为承担着塑造未来社会成员、培养一代新人成长的现代学校教育系统。我国的职业学校教育体系目前还不完善。初级中等职业学校教育正在被淡化、弱化,高等职业学校教育则被从"职业学校教育"的有机整体中分离出去。实现中、高职衔接是改善现行职业教育体系的需要。本文主要探讨基于中高职衔接的旅游管理专业人才的培养。

As a member of shaping the future of society bear, train a new generation of modern schooling system growth. Our vocational school education system is not yet perfect. Junior secondary vocational school education is being diluted, wea-kened;higher vocational schools were separated from the"vocational schools"organic whole. Implementation, convergence is the need to improve the existing vocational education system. This paper discusses the convergence of vocational training in tourism management professionals.
