教师创新素养对提升学生创新知识学习能力的影响机理研究

摘要 文章结合西部地区省会城市的地域特点,立足高等职业技术院校技能人才培养导向,探索教师创新素养对学生创新实践操作能力的影响机理,基于理论分析提出相关研究假设。利用结构方程模型对所建立的概念模型进行验证,分析变量之间的影响机理。实证研究结果表明,教师的创新素养对大学生创新实践操作能力,创新意识和创新思维能力均有显著正向影响,并且通过两者对学生的创新实践操作能力,创新知识学习能力有显著正向影响。 Combined with the geographical features of the capital city of the western region, based on vocational skills tra-ining and technical institutions of higher personnel-oriented, innovative literacy teachers to explore the impact of the oper-ation mechanism of the students' creative ability to practice, and based on theoretical analysis proposed research hypotheses. The use of the concept of structural equation modeling to validate the model established to analyze the effect mechanism be-tween variables. The empirical results show that the quality of teachers 'innovative ability to operate college innovative prac-tice, innovation and creative thinking ability has a significant positive impact, and have a significant positive impact on stu-dents' innovation through both practical ability, and ability to learn new knowledge.
