摘要
目前,大学生入党动机呈现出多样化、多层次的状况,端正其入党动机,加强建设迫在眉睫。社会学习理论认为,人的行为是通过社会学习所获得的结果,作者结合所在院系实际出发,从社会学习理论角度对大学生入党动机进行调查分析并提出构建出相适应的活动模式。
Currently, the college motives showing a diverse, multi-level situation, correct their motives, strengthen the construction is imminent. Social learning theory suggests that human behavior is the result of learning gained through social,where the faculty of combining reality, from the perspective of social learning theory to investigate the motivation of college students to analyze and construct the proposed activities fit model.
