本文研究房地产价格评估课程的实践教学改革,提出建设教学资料库,改进课程教学方式,设立课程实践平台并指导学生应用案例模拟估价实践等具体措施。对实践改革效果的调查结果表明学生在实践教学中加深了对课程理论知识的理解,完善了实务技能。

This paper studies the practice of real estate appraisal course teaching reform, proposed the building of a database of teaching, improve teaching methods, establish curriculum and guide students to practice platform application case simulation valuation practices and other specific measures. The effects on the practice of reform to deepen students' findings suggest that the theoretical knowledge of the course in practice teaching, train and improve practical skills.
