Secondary Vocational Autonomy Class Management Based on Contingency Theory

班级自主管理就是班主任以班级为教育教学管理的基本单位,放大班级管理的功能,以促进学生的全面自主的发展,权变理论(应变理论)是20世纪60年代末70年代初在经验主义学派基础上进一步发展起来的一种管理理论,到目前已发展成为一种比较成熟的管理理论。本文主要研究基于权变理论的中职自主性班级管理,希望能为相关人士带来一些启发。

In this paper, based on contingency theory in vocational type class management auto-nomy, hoping to bring some inspiration for stakeholders.
