摘要
班级自主管理就是班主任以班级为教育教学管理的基本单位,放大班级管理的功能,以促进学生的全面自主的发展,权变理论(应变理论)是20世纪60年代末70年代初在经验主义学派基础上进一步发展起来的一种管理理论,到目前已发展成为一种比较成熟的管理理论。本文主要研究基于权变理论的中职自主性班级管理,希望能为相关人士带来一些启发。
Self-management class to class as a teacher is teaching the basic unit of management, enlarged class management features to promote the comprehensive development of student autonomy, contingency theory (strain theory) is the late 1960s and early 1970s in the empiricist school foundation a management theory further developed to recover by now developed into a more mature management theory. In this paper, based on contingency theory in vocational type class management auto-nomy, hoping to bring some inspiration for stakeholders.
