摘要 哈尼族是一个具有独特悠久历史文化的民族。建国60多年来,在党和政府的关心帮助下,哈尼族的文化教育事业经历了从无到有、从小到达的发展历程。然而,从当前来看,仍存在各种因素制约了哈尼族教育的发展。为此,我们通过深入调查哈尼族的教育现状,根据目前的人才培养观念及模式,提出解决问题的建议和对策。 Hani is a unique nation with a long history and culture. Founding more than 60 years, the party and the government's concern with the help of Hani culture and education experienced from scratch, from small to reach the development process. However, from the current point of view, there are still a variety of factors restricting the development of Hani education. To this end, we have in-depth investigation by Hani education status, according to the current mode of personnel training concepts and put forward suggestions to solve problems and countermeasures.
