教育的根本目的,在于传承文化并推进文明。高职教育以培养具备较强可持续发展的、具有全面素质的技能型人才为目标,针对目前高职学生的文化素质和修养普遍缺乏的现实,立业之本和做人之道同样重要,而传统文化教育在学生人格形成发展中具有不可替代的作用,在高等职业院校的素质教育中有着重要地位,因此必须加强人文素质教育。
