2014年2月26日国务院召开常务会议,部署加快发展现代职业教育,其中特别提到"引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型"的议题。600多所地方本科高校将实行转型,教育界人士都清楚,亟需向应用技术型高校转型的主要是地方新建本科高校,这是有待深入研究的一个前沿课题。
February 26, 2014, the State Council executive meeting held deploy to accelerate the development of modern vocational education, with particular reference to 'guide a number of regular undergraduate institutions to apply technical college transition' issues.
