校企共建实训基地资源共享的问题研究

高职教育是培养面向生产、管理、服务一线的高素质技能型人才的就业教育,对高职院校来说实训基地建设尤为重要。目前,对校企共建实训基地的研究,还局限在学校单方面的需求,高职教育似乎没有找到与企业合作资源共享互利共赢的结合点。本文从学校和企业双方利益交汇点出发探索校企合作新途径,研究校企共建实训基地资源共享问题,达到学校和企业合作育人共同发展的目的,使实训基地建设持续稳定发展。

Vocational education is to train for the production, management, service line of high-quality skilled employment education personnel, vocational colleges for training base construction is particularly important. Currently, research training base for schools and enterprises to build, but also the limitations of unilateral demands in the school, vocational education does not seem to find win-win business cooperation in the sharing of resources point of integration. In this paper, the interests of both schools and businesses from the intersection of school-enterprise cooperation exploring new ways to build a training base study of school-enterprise sharing of resources, to achieve the purpose of educating people in schools and business cooperation and common development, making training base construction sustained and stable development.
