摘要
高校岗位绩效工资制度的实施,必须科学地设置工作岗位,采用合理的聘任制度,建立有效的岗位评价标准和绩效分配机制,当教师的业绩和贡献跟工作薪酬相匹配,教师的工作积极性和创造性才能有效地被激发出来。岗位绩效工资制度是建立在科学的工资标准和管理程序基础上的工资体系,充分利用现在正在进行的绩效工资改革这一良好契机,可以促进师资队伍建设的健康持续发展。
Enforcement of job performance pay system must be scientifically set to work, using reasonable appointment sys-tem, establish an effective job evaluation standards and performance allocation mechanism, a teacher's performance and con-tribution with the work of the remuneration to match teachers' enthusiasm and creativity can effectively be inspired.
