学习风格——教师教学策略的根源

摘要 本研究试图了解幼儿师范学校学生的学习风格并据此探讨教学策略,以提高教学的质量。采用科尔布(Kolb)学习风格量表对学生进行问卷调查,分析其学习风格及学习过程偏好。结果显示:绝大多数幼儿师范学校学生的学习风格为顺应型和发散型。在教学中,教师要关注学生学习风格的差异,注重学生实践能力的培养,提高学生自主学习能力,采用弹性、多样的教学方法。 This study attempts to understand the students' normal school children explore learning styles and teaching strategies accordingly, in order to improve the quality of teaching. Use Kolb (Kolb) Learning Styles Inventory question-naire for students, to analyze their learning styles and learning preferences. The results showed that:the vast majority of infant normal student's learning style to conform to type and divergence. In teaching, teachers should pay attention to stu-dents learning style differences, students focus on practical ability to improve students' self-learning ability, with flexible and diverse teaching methods.
