要在高校中展开社会主义思想道德建设,最为重要的部分和基础就是高校的德育,而高校德育课程的设计是否优良将直接影响德育的实效性。在德育课程和隐性课程的基础上出现了隐性德育课程,其是前两者的下位概念,也是前两者的交集。学校显性课程、校园环境、制度、学校文化中都蕴含着隐性德育课程,高校隐性德育课程的优化依赖于加强高校环境建设,提高高校教师队伍道德素质。
