摘要
本文以南京中医药大学为例,从内外环境分析了当前高等中医院校医学生就业面临的困难,介绍了学校的工作思路和富有成效的工作方法,为其他医学院校的就业工作提供借鉴。
In this paper, take Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine for example, from the external environment analyzes the current difficulties of employment faced by medical students, describes the work of the school fruitful ideas and working methods, provide a reference for employment of other medical institutions.
